NaturPet’s PAW & SKIN is a wonderful lick safe cream for dogs only! (Sorry Kitties!) Icy cold snow, road salt, and gravel along with hot summer asphalt or beach sand can really be hard on your dog’s paws. PAW & SKIN is a light, quickly absorbed cream perfect for those cracked paws and brittle paws. It is also great for hot spots! Trim hair in area of wound to keep clean. Good grooming is an essential part of good paw care. For other skin irritations, try HEALING SPRAY. It is an all natural antiseptic that promotes healing of cuts and scrapes.

 

 

Dosing:

For paws, hot spots and other skin irritations: Apply as needed to clean, dry skin or pads 3 or 4 times daily until healed. Lick Safe! Love on your pet – take preventative action and maintain paw health by applying once a week.

Chapparal aerial parts (Larrea mexicana)
This herb has antiseptic properties which kills bacteria and other micro-organisms. It has been used since early times to heal burns, bruises, rashes and open wounds.

 

White Oak bark (Quercus alba)
A strong astringent, White Oak has a cleansing effect on inflamed surfaces of the skin. This herb also has antiseptic properties to help fight infections. It helps to strengthen capillaries, stop bleeding, relieve bruises and reduce swelling.

 

Chickweed aerial parts (Stelleria media)
Chickweed has a “soothing” effect; it is ideal for helping with and speeding up the healing process. Chickweed is also a demulcent as it softens and soothes damaged or inflamed surfaces.

 

Comfrey root (Symphytum officinale)
This herb has the ability to encourage body tissue repair. Comfrey is the master healer; it stimulates new cell growth which increases cell production and supports rapid healing. It is soothing where there is inflammation and helps to stop bleeding.

 

Lobelia aerial parts (Lobelia inflata)
Lobelia is a relaxant that helps to remove toxins and is very soothing to inflamed tissues.

 

Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis)
Used for hundreds of years to treat wounds, this herb is used to draw out poisons and debris that may be embedded in a wound. This helps to shorten the healing time.

 

Red Clover flower (Trifolium pratense)

Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis)
Highly effectvie in reducing inflammation, Goldenseal also helps to stop bleeding. It acts as an immuno-stimulator prompting the body’s immune system to fight infection in wounds, bites, burns or ulcers.

 

Neem leaf (Azadiracta indica)
A natural insecticide that repels mosquitos, mites, ticks and nematodes.

 

Tea tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)
Used for centuries to fight against bacteria, fungi and viruses, Tea tree is also an immuno-stimulator that prompts the body’s immune system to fight infection.

 

Propolis (Bee propolis)
Often referred to as natures most natural antibiotic. It has a lot of trace elements such as iron, copper manganese, and zinc which are all contributors to the healing process.

 

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)

Dosage
